1. Ticket Cancellation

  • All ticket sales are final and cannot be canceled once purchased.

  • In exceptional cases (such as event postponement or cancellation by organizers), ticket holders will be notified via email or contact details provided at the time of purchase.


2. Refunds

  • No Refunds: Tickets purchased for the Garba event are non-refundable.

  • Event Postponement: If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. No additional action is required.

  • Event Cancellation: If the event is completely canceled and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


3. Exchanges

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for other events, dates, or merchandise.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.


4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
